If you encounter a red error message on the top of your sandbox like this:
First, try and remedy this error by refreshing your page. The refresh icon is on the top left of your Google Chrome browser and looks like an arrow making a circle.
If that is unsuccessful, log out of tracts. Close your browser. Open up a new browser. Clear your cache and log back in. From the “Menu” button in the upper-right corner of the Chrome window, choose “More Tools” > “Clear browsing data…“.
If that doesn't fix the situation then you can clone the current AOI that is encountering the error message. Try recreating the scenario that caused the original error. If the error cannot be replicated, continue working in the cloned AOI as if it's the original and delete the one with the error message. If the error is recurring, please email support@tracts.co with the URL to the AOI experiencing the error and a loom video describing the problem.
