In order to help streamline efficiency for your projects, Tracts has created a Document Interpretation Library. This allows you to be able to use documents you've entered across multiple AOIs you are working on. Meaning, you only have to enter the information for one digital notecard but have the ability to use it as many times as you need in different working areas. You can also use this feature to find a specific document within a chain of title, not necessarily adding it to a new AOI. This search feature automatically combs through all of the documents entered into the system to find the specific one you are looking for.
Below is a step by step guide that shows you how to use this feature to add a previously entered document into a different AOI.
Select the Document Library Search Icon.
Type in the Search Requirements for the Document You Want to Find.
Select the Document You Need.
Select the Cloud Icon at the bottom of the notecard sidebar.
Exit Out of the Search Feature.
See Your Updated AOI.
